- Items on sale or discounted, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Swimwear, lingerie, and accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
**Refunds:**
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the return.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take up to **10 business days** to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
**Exchanges:**
